‘I can...’

I’ve been involved with visualising and illustrating the built and unbuilt urban landscape for over 20 years...a great many things have changed. However, the need to visualise a proposed development is in more demand now than ever.

They say a ‘picture paints a thousand words’... “well It’s true.”

For example, simply consider the planning process; Council offices around the UK are bombarded with proposals... you need to get your point across succinctly and stand out from the crowd.

Maybe you want create a flavour of your dream project to your local planners, a Parish council, to concerned neighbours; an image for funding raising or press release; expressing yourself visually is a clear and positive way forward.

Then again you could be short of Ideas. Often in the initial stages of a project I’m supplied with only the bare bones of an idea; more often than not I create the ambiance of a scheme, the design consistency and also add the salt ’n’ pepper too! So, you’re getting more than a drawing; you’re getting a considered and consistent design approach and visualisation.

You may well be looking for some high impact marketing imagery. You’ll have a completed project on paper, with all the necessary approvals stamped, signed, sealed and delivered. You really want to let people know about it with some gusto; marketing collateral needs to be organised.
